I downloaded and printed my NYSC call-up letter without any issues, and here’s exactly how I did it:
Once NYSC released the call-up letters, I logged into the portal (https://portal.nysc.org.ng) using the same email and password I used during registration. On my dashboard, I saw a link that said “Print Call-Up Letter” — I clicked it and the letter opened up in PDF format.
One thing I learned is to check if your Green Card and payment status are showing first before call-up letter comes out. Also, it helps to use Google Chrome or Firefox — some people had issues using their phone browsers.
And very important, I made sure the letter wasn’t blurry and my details were correct before heading to camp.

Before clicking print, I made sure I had a PDF reader on my phone and laptop (Adobe Reader works fine). I saved it first, then printed from a cyber café with a good printer to get a clear copy. They usually ask for two or four copies, so I printed extra just in case.
